Induction Machines and Induction Seals
Hand Held Induction Machine
Hand held induction machine is suitable for small scale production up to 5,000 units per month. They are easy to use and require minimum operator training. The seal is applied to the inside of the closure (must be wadded closure) and the closure is applied in the normal manner. The the induction machine wand is placed on the top of the closure and the red button pushed. A count down timer (about 0.9 to 1.5 seconds) indicates when the seal has been applied and the wand is removed.
